SHIPPING
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order once payment/order has been processed (this excludes public holidays and weekends)
  • Standard USPS Priority Shipping - 3-5 business days once processed
  • HAF is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered items
  • IF YOU INPUT WRONG SHIPPING INFO: Please notify us immediately at hello@hafloungewear.com so that we can do our best to accommodate a change of address modification. Should we be unable to process request, customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred for correction. 

If you have questions, you can send a Karen email to madison@hafloungewear.com. But we know most of you won't fall under that cause you're tokin, so you're chillaxed, and respect our small biz. It's more bitchin' to be kind, you'll catch more honey with us that way!

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund of merchandise only (this excludes shipping fees or discounts applied to original order)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order # as reference for proof of purchase. 

  • ALL returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original condition/packaging. 
  • Please ensure the item(s) sent back is via a traceable and/or insurable method
  • HAF is not responsible for any packages damaged or lost in transit.
  • HAF is not responsible for return shipping charges To/From on orders that need to be exchanged for another style.
  • HAF has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements

 

 RETURN PROCESS:

  • If item is within the 14 day from delivery time frame please email hello@hafloungewear.com to start your returns process.  
  • Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with instructions for your return.
  • Once we receive the return we will inspect it to make sure it is in good condition.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
    Each banking system is different. Please allow 2-7 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS /  ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE no exceptions.  No other discounts or promotions can be combined or will be honored on sale items.
  • Price adjustments are not honored during holiday promotions like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.


SALES TAX

  • Sales tax will be collected where applicable

LOST PACKAGES POLICY

  • If your package is marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier for assistance first in finding it. HAF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
